These cups were resurrected from coloured nerikomi mixed with porcelain. The mixture can never be created exactly. The blue-gray mixture is enhanced with Blue Sky glaze created by MeadCeramics.

Throwing ring textured external surface, to securely hold and feel the warmth of your first coffee of the day or place it in the fridge for 20 minutes and fill with your favourite white wine to relax in the evening.

Even better, warm in the morning, chilled in the evening, either way, you will enjoy holding and drinking your preferred drop from these cups.

MeadCeramics pieces are created in small batches of unique mixtures of clay - sometimes purposeful, sometimes unexpected.  They can’t be reproduced again.  Glazes are created specifically for the MeadCeramics studio by Melissa Mead.  These glazes are crafted to accent the forms and clay mixes Melissa created her vessels in.  Items can withstand some dishwashing and microwaving.
